JOHN AYLIFFE PHOTOGRAPHY

All photoshoots that are carried out with myself (John Ayliffe), will follow these terms and conditions underneath, unless otherwise discussed:

LICENCE:

By paying for a photoshoot, you are paying for my time and for the licence to use the finished images that are supplied.

The number of finished images that are sent out, will variey depending on the type of photoshoot that is booked, (this will be discussed prior to your booking).

After a photoshoot I will bring the number of pictures down to a more manageable amount (this number will also be discussed prior to the photoshoot, and it is dependant on the type of shoot that is booked).

They will then be put in an online album, and you (the client) will choose the final images that will be edited/retouched.

IMAGE USAGE:

Unless otherwise discussed the licence for use is as follows:

The finished images that I, John Ayliffe (The photographer), sends out, can be used as and where you please  -

For example:  social media platforms, put them on any websites, print for display, print for portfolio, make a poster to advertise yourself, business cards, send them to agencies / companies to apply for a job, send to magazines  etc...

So long as no direct money is made from them.
For example you cannot sell a picture, or sell the copyright to any of the pictures, or allow anyone else to sell the images.

I, John Ayliffe (The Photographer), fully owns the Copyright to all the images taken.

​

In most cases just the edited/finished images will be supplied from a photoshoot.

And unless previously discussed, the images cannot be altered in any form (Eg. filters, changing colours, skin cleaning apps etc). The images I, John Aylife (The Photographer) provides are the only version that "You" (The Client) have permission to use.

In some case's unedited images may be sent out as well, (this will have been discussed before the photoshoot), and if this is the case, they can still be posted and shared online, however it always needs to stated that they are 'Unedited'.

CREDITS:

It is important that images always have all the apropriate credits attached to them, when they are shared. Some form of acknowledgement needs to accompany the pictures, this includes everyone who was involved eg. make up artist, model, photographer, studio, designer, hair stylist etc..
